To the extent permitted at law, Walkers Snacks Ltd does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may occur in connection with this site, including any interruption or delays.

Walkers Snacks Ltd does not make any representations and does give any warranties concerning this site, and in particular does not warrant that its contents are virus free. To the extent permitted at law, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any infection by virus or other contamination resulting from your use of this site.

All software provided by third parties (such as Acrobat Reader and RealPlayer) is the sole responsibility of that third party.

Walkers Snacks Ltd is not responsible for the content of any third party sites linked to or from this site.

Unlawful use

You may only use this site for lawful purposes and you may not inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. You agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct and to be solely responsible for all things arising from your use of this site. You may not submit, publish, post, distribute or transmit any defamatory, offensive, infringing, obscene, indecent or otherwise unlawful or objectionable material or information.

Actions for unauthorised use

If Walkers Snacks Ltd considers, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these terms of use or demonstrated inappropriate conduct in your use of this site, we reserve the right to: warn you via email and require you to discontinue such conduct; delete any material which you have posted to this site; discontinue your registration to this site or any related service; and/or take other measures, including terminating, suspending or restricting your use of this site. Any action that we take is without prejudice to any of our accrued rights.

Governing law

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By suggesting a flavour you agree that any suggestions or ideas that you submit in the form and any subsequent rights associated with those submissions become the sole property of Walkers Snacks Ltd.

Spring 2008 Football Events prize draw terms and conditions

1. Only one entry per person.

2. The tickets may ONLY be used by the competition winner and his/her guest and may not be transferred to any third party.

3. If the competition winner is unable to attend a specific concert or concerts, they must notify Walkers Snacks Ltd ("Walkers") in advance.

4. Any transfer, offer for sale, auction or sale of the tickets will result in the same becoming void and any transferee of the tickets will be refused entry to, or will be ejected from, Wembley National Stadium.

5. You must be aged 16 or over at the time of entering to be eligible to win.

6. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to attend the sporting event unless accompanied by their parent or guardian. Pushchairs and Buggies are not allowed into the stadium.

7. Entries must be completed in full. Entries altered, defaced or containing profanities are invalid. Entries will only be accepted on www.walkers-crisps.co.uk.

8. The "Walkers Spring 2008 Football Events" prize draw is open from 5th March 2008 until 5pm, 20th March 2008 (Closing Date).

9. The winner will be drawn on the 25th March 2008 and notified by telephone on the same day using the details they have provided.

10. In order to take full advantage of the prize the winner must be able to travel to Wembley Stadium, London at short notice.

11. In the event we are not able to contact the winner immediately, they will forfeit their prize and further names will be drawn until we find a winner - so keep your phone switched on!

12. There is one prize: A pair of Best Category General Admission tickets to see 10 football events at the new Wembley Stadium in 2008.

13. By entering this competition you confirm you are able to make your own way to and from Wembley National Stadium to see the concerts at your own expense. Wembley National Stadium is a public transport destination. You are encouraged to use public transport to and from each event.

14. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize in whole or in part.

15. One winner will be selected at random. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. This competition is open to residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland, excluding employees and their families of Walkers Snacks Ltd, its agents, third parties or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.

17. By registering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

18. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. The promoter shall not be responsible for any internet service interruption or electronic fault.

19. Bulk entries or entries via third parties will not be accepted. Entries will only be allowed in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. Any attempted interference with the running of the competition will result in a void entry.

20. The tickets will be available for collection by the winner from a representative of Walkers at Wembley Stadium on the day of each fixture (at a reasonable time specified by Walkers), OR will be mailed via recorded delivery to the winner's address (at Walkers' sole decision).

21. Neither Walkers nor Wembley National Stadium Ltd shall be liable for the prize not being received for any reason outside of Walkers' or Wembley National Stadium Ltd's control, or any of the fixtures not taking place for any reason outside of Walkers' or Wembley National Stadium Ltd's control. Event owner terms and conditions will apply in the event of any cancellation or postponement of any fixture.

22. Wembley National Stadium Ltd is entitled to refuse entry, exclude or evict any individual from the concert at their discretion and without liability on the part of Walkers. The winning party will be responsible for their own conduct and safety (and that of their guest) whilst at the event.

23. Entry to Wembley National Stadium will be subject to the Ground Regulations (available at www.wembleystadium.com) and the event owner's terms and conditions (available from the event owner/promoter of each fixture and printed on each ticket reverse).

24. Personal information collected by the promoter in connection with the "Walkers Spring 2008 Football Events" prize draw will be used for the purposes of this competition. In addition, by opting in to receive further correspondence via email or post, Walkers Snacks Ltd and its agents may contact you regarding future promotions. Your personal information will be kept in accordance with our privacy policy and the Data Protection Act 1998.

25. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the prize draw.

26. For a printed copy of the winner's name and county, please send an SAE to: Walkers Spring 2008 Football Events prize draw, c/o TRA, Alexander House, James Street West, Bath, BA1 2BT, UK.

27. The promoter reserves the right to change the prize at any time or to withdraw, suspend or cancel this competition or amend the rules at any time by publishing such modification, withdrawal, suspension or cancellation at www.walkers-crisps.co.uk.
